Welcome to Stayzee

We built Stayzee because travelling should be about enjoying the journey—not managing the

administration around it.

These Terms explain how Stayzee works, what you can expect from us and what we ask of you

when using the service. By creating an account or using Stayzee, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Stayzee is a hotel stay management application that helps travellers organise hotel bookings,

manage travel information and keep everything relating to a hotel stay in one place.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your country to create an account. If you create

an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure and

all activity carried out using your account.

4. Using Stayzee

You may use Stayzee to create hotel stays, import booking confirmations, store travel documents,

save notes and reminders, upload photos and attachments, track your travel and share stays using

supported features. You agree to use Stayzee lawfully and responsibly.

5. Booking Information

Stayzee is not a hotel booking platform. We do not sell hotel rooms, process reservations, act as a

travel agent or guarantee hotel information. You remain responsible for verifying booking details

with the hotel or booking provider.

6. Booking Email Import

By forwarding booking confirmations to Stayzee you authorise us to extract booking information and

create a stay. You should review imported information before relying on it.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the notes, photos, documents and attachments you upload. You grant

Stayzee a limited licence to store, process and display this content solely to provide the service.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.

8. Location Services

Location services are optional. If enabled, Stayzee may recognise hotel arrival, update stay status

and calculate the distance between your Home location and your hotel. You can disable location

access at any time.

9. Sharing

You control who you share information with. Stayzee does not access or store your device contacts.10. Stayzee Free & Stayzee Pro

Stayzee offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store

and Google Play. Features, pricing and availability may change over time.

11. Payments

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Stayzee never stores or processes payment card

details.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Stayzee unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, abuse the

service, impersonate others or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach

these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

Stayzee’s software, branding, design and content remain the property of Stayzee or its licensors.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance,

updates and temporary interruptions may occur.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stayzee is provided on an ‘as available’ basis and is not

responsible for indirect or consequential losses, missed bookings or incorrect third-party

information. Nothing limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are seriously breached, unlawful activity

occurs, legal obligations require it or a security risk exists.

17. Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with

the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

18. Changes to Stayzee

We may introduce, improve or discontinue features as Stayzee evolves.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stayzee after changes take effect

constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless applicable consumer

protection law requires otherwise.
